Asemwald is a gorgeous community filled with wonderful people! The apartment is very spacious with amazing views of the surrounding area. You can't beat the convenience with a grocery store, gym, pool, and many hiking/biking trails right on the grounds. I highly recommend this apartment for the beauty, convenience, and kindness of the landlords and property management team.

Location Asemwald is a beautiful high-rise community with many amenities. Edeka, bakery, gym, Italian restaurant on 20th floor with panoramic views, Thai massage, sauna, indoor pool, and a salon. There is also a bus stop that goes to Degerloch Bahnhof for easy access to downtown Stuttgart. Nice and friendly neighbours.
