The apartment at Maybachstraße 9 is definitely one of a kind. It is very cozy and well set up with its floor planning. The building is immaculate with great access to anything you may want.
It is a brand new construction in one of the most prestigious areas of Stuttgart, Killesberg! If a person is planning on moving to this place, it would be one of the best decisions he or she would make. I, unfortunately, had to leave the are you go back to the US, but I would not live anywhere else at all!
This place is well placed in this gorgeous area with parks all around and foot access to many things you may need for you daily routine. There is a grocery store right across the street from it - Tegut… with a great bakery and pastries to enjoy from Monday through Sunday!
This was the second place I saw when I arrived in Germany and Marc, my realtor was a great guy. He nailed exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted. I immediately took the place without a second guess! It’s a perfect place and area! Do not take your time if you like it because it will go quickly. Enjoy the place and the area. Good luck!!!!
