We have easy access to everything we need (local bakery, Aldi, Lidl, shopping center, restaurants, etc.) but feel away from it all once we arrive home. The home itself is lovely. It is very comfortable, offers everything we need, and is well maintained my the landlords. The landlords live next door and care for the entire absolutely beautiful property; no yard work required from us. They are kind, helpful, responsible, and simply fantastic all around. We could not ask for better!

The home is located in a quiet & friendly neighborhood with a very scenic view from the front and back windows.1 car parking spot in enclosed garage. Very secure location with privacy fence and landscaping, also large beautiful back yard for gatherings and get togethers. The landlord is very nice, welcoming, personable and responsive to maintenance requests, also maintains the grounds. Shopping Center is only 2.5 km and accessible by U Bahn, Bakery is just around the corner only 250 meters walk and the U Bahn is only 700 meters walk. In close proximity to Kelley Barracks (7km) and Patch Barracks (4km).
