The storage unit downstairs has plenty of space and shelves for putting items on. One parking spot is also located downstairs in the covered garage. All of the neighbors in the building are friendly and kind. You cannot beat the location. It is a short 2 minute walk to the S-Bahnhof stop Universitat and bus stop.
