We have immensely enjoyed living in this house while we were stationed in Germany for our 2.5 years. Living in Gartringen was the perfect location for us and our family as it was close to everything we needed but yet far enough away to "Get away from it all". My kids loved exploring the walking trails throughout our village and the spielplatz scattered around. I felt very comfortable letting them head out on their own to enjoy the village with their friends. The house itself has a large open floor plan that is sometimes hard to find in the Stuttgart area. Our landlord has kept everything up to date and modern which helped with keeping our utilities down. It is a spacious 3-4 bedroom/3 level house with lots of storage, a garage(with electric car plugin), a driveway that fits two vehicles and a nice backyard with a small creek. It also has a lovely patio with a small yard and awning in the front yard as well. We couldn't have asked for a better location that worked for us. There is a S-bahn station and the duty school bus picks up from this village as well. Great location, great space and great memories..."
